At Fragrance Insider, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
